Once Isidro’s family purchased the taco truck, they began a way of life they felt good about. Not only that, they wanted to commit to this way of life every day and keep an intimate level of connection with the food they served and the friendships they had with their customers. As nice as it was to have a busy and productive day of business, after listening to this episode you will know why Isidro hoped for a slow day so he could eat just a little more from the taco truck.
